[GIFTED] Butcher Diagram (Beef)

I was at my favorite butcher the other day, and they had these colorful prints throughout the shop.  They were reminiscent of an infographic, which is probably my favorite form of art.  Educational art.  E-art.  Trademark that. 

ANYWAY, I was stoked to find the prints ($25, Dry Well) available online.  They're colorful, informative, and they would look GREAT in your kitchen, and mine.  Seriously, someone buy these for me.

At what point do we get the basic empathy to see this and know cows and humans both feel pain and terror, and we both bleed?
